Process: Prepreg composite, Vacuum oven cured

This project was to produce a custom air intake for a gas turbine generator used for an undisclosed military application.  The assembly consisted of two parts; an Air Inlet and a Bellmouth. Components were fabricated to the customers specifications with stainless steel sensor ports and hinges molded directly into the product. All units were delivered as complete assemblies, primed, painted, and stenciled.
